We will be heading to Pioneer again this year for food and fun. A Time to Live will play from 8pm to 2am. ABATE will have bike games from 3-5 along with door prizes and a 50/50 split the pot to benifit the Ken Peltier Foundation. Pioneer Lodge will cook up an all you can eat bar-b-que from 5-8.

ABATE of Alaska is not an M/C or riding club. ABATE is a non-profit dedicated to serving the comunity and esspecially the motorcyclist in the community. ABATE hopes to better the community through education and training and to protect the comunity through our legislative work to promote basic freedoms. Freedoms such as the right to repair, the right to choose to wear a helmet, the right to purchase insurance both medical and automotive.

Plus we just like to get together and have a good time.

Our first meeting of the new Board of Directors and Officers will be held at the VNV-MC clubhouse on Thursday Jan.8 at 7pm. The clubhouse is located at 7500 E. 4th Ave.

AMSAC will meet on Sunday Dec. 7th at 3pm at the Denny’s on the corner of Benson and Denali. All concerned citizens are encouraged to attend to learn more about the ongoing efforts in Alaska to promote motorcycle safety and give comments or ask questions.

AMSAC reports directly to the Alaska Highway Safety Office (AHSO).
