    IMPORTANT: You must submit a complete application, including the Certificate of Insurance and
    MOA Permit (if applicable) with payment no later than the end of the
    ABATE General Membership Meeting at Guido’s Pizza on April 16th, 7-9 pm.

    Please don’t wait until the last minute as the number of vendors participating will be limited.

    Applications submitted between April 17th and 5:00 pm April 23rd
    will be charged an additional $100 fee.

    No applications will be accepted after April 23rd.
